I need to patch a wall roughly 1.5 by 1.5 feet

I have rusted white outside stair railing -2 that need to be sanded/blasted and repainted and wondering if u can help.
I would also like to repaint my garage and front door a new colour.

Wondering if you install baseboards, ceiling fans?

I have a leak coming from main washroom, and it is seeping through kitchen ceiling. Need help locating and repairing leak and possibly fixing ceiling water spot. Would love a rough quote as well pls (minnow lake)
